Cuong Nhu means "hard soft".
Cuong Nhu karate is a very new style of karate that is influenced by shotokan karate, american boxing, judo, aikido, wing chun, tai chi chuan, and Vovinam.
What you see in this video appears to be mostly influenced by Aikido. The final technique is from Vovinam.

Does Cuong Nhu mean hapkido in vietnamese? Cause that´s what it looks like.I seriously doubt that would work on the street, but it looks nice.

He definitely has great skills and abilities but i can't help but notice that he keeps the barrel of the guns pointing or flagging him numeroulsy. Very dangerous as the finger is quicker.
